1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Estimioo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Estimioo is a real-time agile estimation tool for software teams. It provides collaborative planning poker sessions and optional AI-assisted story point suggestions.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share access credentials or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free and paid plans

Estimioo offers a free tier with limited features and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days of a charge.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use the Service in a way that disrupts other users.

6. AI features

AI estimates are suggestions only and should not be relied upon as authoritative. You are responsible for any decisions made using AI-generated output. AI processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the support form.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI outputs, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Estimioo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
